For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: any item requested to be personalised.  

Where possible a photo of the actual item will be sent direct to the purchaser before posting, to ensure they are happy. Should the item reach them in a damaged condition, please contact us within 14 days on info@chapelheadcrafts.co.uk to discuss how to resolve. 

Unfortunately due to the weight and size of approx 25kg for full half a cask, no shipping is offered. We welcome collection or we can organise local delivery only. However, should you require shipping it will be the responsibility of the client to organise.
