Choose the material finish required from Tartan, Tweed or Faux Leather. The Tartan/Tweed/Faux Leather used will be chosen by us, but if you require a specific tartan or material to be used, please contact us.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: any item requested to be personalised.

Where possible a photo of the actual item will be sent direct to the purchaser before posting, to ensure they are happy. Should the item reach them in a damaged condition, please contact us within 14 days on info@chapelheadcrafts.co.uk to discuss how to resolve.
